If you are moving to another location in our service area or are moving away from our system, please contact our office at (423) 272-8821 to let us know. We will need to know your new mailing address to send any correspondence or refunds due. If you are having service connected at a new location, you may have up to seven days of service at both locations. You will need to pay your current bill in full and the transfer fee before a transfer order will be placed. Once your original service is disconnected you will receive a bill with the notation “Final Bill”. A refund check, if applicable, will be included with this bill. It may take up to 30 days to receive the refund check.
