Understanding My Energy Bill

How Much is My Bill?

You can access your account information by clicking on the line Sign Up for Online Bill Pay. To set up your online account you will need to complete the answers to questions on the page. Then any time you want to check the balance of your account you can do so from your computer. This option will let you either view your bill or you can pay online with an e-check or credit card payment.

I want to pay my bill online but I don't have a password set up yet.

To Get Set Up For Online Bill Pay - First, click on Sign Up for Online Bill Pay in the upper right corner of the website. On the next screen, you will see a tab labeled "My Account," and you will need to select "Create User Id." You will be asked to obtain your account number from your power bill. You are asked to enter your account number and the last four digits of your telephone number. Your password will then be emailed to you.
