- HOLSTON SMART LINE
An interactive text service that allows members to receive alerts, reminders and past due notifications, make payments and much more. Simply text join to 352667 to sign up today.
- EXPRESS PAY KIOSK
Conveniently located at Rogersville, Russellville and Church Hill, Holston offers kiosks that accept secure payments night or day.
- BUDGET BILLING
Pay your electric bill in 11 equal payments. Only residential accounts who have maintained service at the requested location for a minimum of twelve months are eligible to apply. Member accounts must be current to participate. Sign up January through March.
- BANK DRAFT PAYMENT PLAN
You can have the amount of your electric bill automatically drafted from your checking account.
- AUTO PAY
Schedule one-time or recurring automated payments on a date of choice prior to the bill due date.
- MOBILE APP
Download the Holston Electric Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play on your phone today to pay your bill, view history and much more.
- ONLINE BILL PAY
View your bill or you can pay online with an e-check or credit card payment.
- PROGRAMS
A variety of programs about your energy use and safety are available for your civic, school or other group meeting.
